Noni spent 2 winters in the Middle East. She visited the UAE (Dubai and Abu Dhabi), Oman and Lebanon. She was planning on heading into Israel from Lebanon but fighting in Gaza made the journey too dangerous. Hassan Daher took Noni dune riding in the dessert... Lots of fun! |

The sites in Rome are best seen on foot but Noni's friend drove her around the city to give her a quick lay of the land. A walking tour through the Vatican and museums then finally to the Cistine Chapel exhausted Noni. Wow! Rome has a lot of famous art. Noni traveled by train to the north where she visited friends in Torino and the seaside resort of San Remo. Here's Noni outside the famous Ariston Theater.
